Children's Church

CHILDREN'S CHURCH


IPBC Children's Church is a mirror image of the adult worship service, presented in a manner that is appropriate, understandable, and meaningful for children in grades 1-4. Bringing Bibles is encouraged. Our lessons are based on the LifeWay Kids Worship curriculum.

In the Sanctuary:
  • Children will worship through song, hearing God's word, special music, and prayer along side their families or Children's Church Leaders.
Dismissal with Children's Church Leaders

 In the Children's wing, room 103:
  • Prayer requests, praises, and opening prayer
  • Physical activity content that pertains to the weekly lesson, provides an energy release, and prepares their minds for learning
  • Tithing/Offering
  • Lesson that correlates to Sunday School curriculum
  • Alternating Activities: Bible Drills, Arts/Crafts, Guest speakers (Topics: Baptism, Communion, Missions, Service Opportunites, etc.)
  • Closing Prayer
The worship bulletin will have the weekly topics and Bible references.  We encourage parents to discuss the worship service with their children.
